Vista Ridge High School offers three levels of theatre classes that focus on acting and performing.

Students begin in Theatre I where they will develop a foundation with basic acting techniques that develop the fundamentals of theatrical movement, voice, and improvisation.

After Theatre I students can continue to develop their skills by entering into Theatre II.  Theatre II will begin to look deeper into the craft of acting by helping students to develop character and explore the devising process through storytelling.  These concepts will strengthen with the final project: an exploration of Greek Theatre.

In Advanced Theatre student actors will concentrate on the creative process and development of characters through motivation and intention.  As this class may be taken multiple times each semester will be different and new ideas explored.

Wolfpack Theatre Company is the performance body at Vista Ridge High School.  The Wolfpack produces 2 to 3 main-stage performances per year.  There are no requirements for auditioning for theatrical productions, it is open to the entire student body.
